Welcome to my blog!

Hi guys,

Trying out something new to try and relieve some of the persistent anxiety I've been experiencing lately. Writing my thoughts out has helped me with particularly bad episodes in the past so I'm hoping this will have a similar effect!

Obviously I make no claims to be a medical professional and so my advice and thoughts should be read with this in mind.... But I do hope my blog can inspire you to be kinder and more accepting towards yourself, more aware of the help and support out there and ultimately reassure you that if you suffer from anxiety you are by no means alone! 💗
